About our President
 Judy
Higgerson RN, PHN, MBA, President of Country
Home Care is a graduate of Methodist
Hospital School of Nursing, Memphis,
Tennessee. While running her successful
home care company Judy earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Health Services
Administration from Saint Mary's College in
Moraga, California. Always interested in
gaining more professional knowledge Judy
went on to earn her certification as a
Public Health Nurse through CSU Dominguez
Hills in Carson, California and her Master
of Business Administration degree at Golden
Gate University, Monterey, California. Judy
has been successfully managing Country Home
Care for twenty-eight years.
Judy is a strong advocate of community
service and she currently serves on the
following Board of Directors;

for Seniors.
Judy is Past President of the Monterey
Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and Monterey
Peninsula League of Women Voters. She has
also served on numerous Boards including,
Carmel-By-the-Sea Chapter of the American
Red Cross, Monterey County Symphony, World
Health Network, The Forest Theater Guild,
Legal Services for Seniors, Natividad Medical Center Foundation,
and Carmel Chamber
of Commerce.
