Seven Alerts for Calling Country Home
Care
When
people are having trouble performing the
activities of daily living, they are often

help. Here are seven events or circumstances
that should prompt you to call for an
in-home consultation from a
Country Home
Care Case Manager.
1. They
forget to take some or all of their
medications.
2. They are losing weight – the
refrigerator and cupboards are empty.
3. They’ve had a bad fall or other
accident – you notice bruises.
4. Their house is unkempt or unsafe –
spills on the floor or scatter rugs they
can slip on.
5. They don’t have the strength or
energy to shop for groceries.
6. They’ve had an auto accident or lost
their driving license
7. They’re losing their eyesight and
can’t drive themselves to doctors’
appointments or the drug store.
